Every new member who wants to join the CrossFit workouts starts with our beginner course and learns all the fundamental theory and techniques, which we use to get the best results.
Our beginner course is compulsory for all new members and is a series of four private sessions.
This way we provide you with a solid foundation to take part in the regular group classes.
The private sessions are scheduled within one week and you will have the following two options to schedule them:
Monday 8am - Wednesday 8am - Friday 8am - Sunday 10am
Monday 7pm - Wednesday 7pm - Friday 7pm - Sunday 11am
After you complete the beginner course, additionally you will join three of our regular classes for free so that you can experience our regular class settings.
