WHAT TO EXPECT
If you don't have previous CrossFit experience but
want to start joining our CrossFit group classes, the best way to start is with our beginner course!
Here you will learn and practice all the basics, that are necessary to join safely and get the best experience.
The beginner course is a series of 3 private sessions, followed by 3 additional regular group classes so that you can experience our regular group class settings.
The private sessions are scheduled within one week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) and the group classes in the following week (Your pick).
After completing the beginner course you can sign up for a monthly membership of your choice.
Costs: € 180,- (included: 3 PT sessions + 3 group classes)
HOW TO START
SELECT START DATE (BELOW)
Each start date will begin on a Monday, at a time slot of your choice (this is your first session). Session 2
and 3 will take place on the following Wednesday and Friday, at the same time.
