As a helper, you are the first face when you walk through our doors and contribute to this experience.


Position: Helpers program (part-time)

Hours: 3-4 hours per week

Preferred availability: Evening shift and/or weekend shift


Job requirements 

  • Welcoming our members, guests and suppliers 

  • Provide visitors information and direction within the facility

  • Answering phone calls and provide information

  • Manage the process of signing up a variety of memberships

  • Serve our members and visitors a nice cup of coffee

  • Process appointments in our team schedule 

  • Maintain the tidiness of the facility by performing hourly facility walk-throughs

  • Process all orders, signups and ensure that these are processed in our system

  • Retail responsibilities, perform basic inventory keeping and POS

  • Support the team wherever you can

What we expect

  • Minimum 3 month commitment

  • Weekly available (same day/same time)

  • Work a 3/4 hour shift
