Once you've decided to join the Wildhearts family, sign up for a membership or register with the Wildhearts app.

BOOK 1-ON-1 INTRO

If you don't have previous CrossFit experience, you can book a 1-on-1 intro session and get prepared to join our classes.

1-ON-1 INTRO EXPLAINED
WHAT IS THE 1-ON-1 INTRO?
The 1-on-1 intro is a 1 hour private session, where you will learn the basics that are necessary to join the regular classes.
The session will include an in-depth technique part, where you will dive deeper into the squat, press and deadlift.
You are able to join regular classes if you haven't followed a 1-on-1 intro yet.

In some cases it is advised to schedule an additional session to establish a solid foundation.
HOW TO BOOK A 1-ON-1 INTRO?
After you have signed-up for a membership, you can schedule a 1-on-1 intro session at the front desk or contact us.
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
A 1-on-1 intro session costs €65,- and is complimentary with a yearly membership*.
