Join us for an trial class or free gym tour and experience our gym and group classes.

Once you've decided to join the Wildhearts family, sign up for a membership here or in the Wildhearts app.

book intro course (optional)
If you don't have previous CrossFit experience, you can book an intro course and get prepared to join our classes. The intro course access is included with all memberships and you can book your sessions through our booking system.

intro course
The intro course consists of 3 sessions (in a small group), where you’ll learn the basics that are necessary to join the regular classes. Each session is 1 hour and will include an in-depth technique part and a workout.
HOW TO JOIN THE INTRO COURSE
The intro course will start each new week and you can jump-in any time. You can easily book your sessions through our booking system. Each class will have a set focus:

Monday - Squats

Wednesday - Presses

Friday - Deadlift
completing the intro course
After completing the intro course, you'll be ready to join our regular classes. In case you are not able to join all three sessions in one week, you can reschedule the session you've missed to the following week.
private intro course available
There is also the option to start with a private intro course, that can be scheduled at your convenience and preferred times/dates. Please contact us for more information.
