STEP 1
BOOK A FREE INTAKE ONLINE

Meet one of our crew members, ask questions and experience what we do. Also be ready to do a short movement assessment.

 

The intake will take approximately

15-30 minutes and don't forget to bring/wear some standard sportswear.

(To keep our quality standards as high as possible, 

we only accept a limited amount of intakes)

STEP 2
START YOUR BEGINNER COURSE
-
If you're ready you can start with our Beginner course, where one of our coaches will lead you through four private sessions to teach you the basics.
After completing the beginner course, additionally you will join three of our regular classes for free, to experience our regular class settings.

(To keep our quality standards as high as possible, 

we only accept a limited amount of courses)

STEP 3
JOIN THE REGULAR CLASSES

Join the regular classes and become a part of the
Wildheart community.
 
During the regular classes you will be surrounded by like minded people, lead by our coaches who will guide you through each workout.

(To keep the quality of our classes as high as possible, prior CrossFit experience is required)

 
OPTION 1

OPTION 2
BOOK A DROP-IN ONLINE

Don't want to wait but experience what we do right away? Join one of our regular classes and book a drop-in.
After the drop-in we can determine if you master the basics well enough to join our regular classes or if you need to revisit the basics with our beginner course.
 
If you become a member, the drop-in fee will be deducted from your first membership payment.

(Drop-in fee can only be waived when signed up for a membership within 14 days after drop-in)

 

Private coaching is for anyone who wants to achieve a specific goal with the guidance of their private coach. Our team of coaches are specialized in creating a personalized plan and are there to guide you through your training sessions.
